FormaDocs provides digital templates and custom document design services.
By purchasing or downloading from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Products

  • All purchases are final. Because our products are delivered instantly in digital format, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the required software (e.g. Canva, Microsoft Word, or compatible tools) to open and edit your files.

  • Once payment is complete, download links are provided immediately via email or checkout confirmation.

2. Usage Rights

  • Templates are for personal or business use only within your own company or brand.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming our templates as your own work is strictly prohibited.

  • You may edit, customize, and export templates for your business needs — but not resell the digital files or derivatives.

3. Custom Projects

  • Full payment is required before design work begins.

  • You’ll receive draft previews for review and approval before final delivery.

  • Each custom project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra costs, as outlined in your quote.

  • Delivery timelines depend on project scope and will be clearly stated in your proposal.

4. Support

  • If you experience any issues with your file or need assistance, please contact hello@formadocs.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

  • We’re happy to re-send download links or help troubleshoot access or formatting issues.

5. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any information provided (such as your name, email, or business details) is used solely to process your order or provide customer support.

  • FormaDocs does not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, templates, and materials sold or displayed on this site remain the intellectual property of FormaDocs.

  • Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a non-exclusive, limited-use license — it does not transfer copyright ownership.

  • FormaDocs templates are provided “as is” and are intended to assist with professional presentation. We make no guarantees of business outcomes or performance results.
