All templates and materials sold through FormaDocs are professionally designed tools made to help you create branded business documents quickly and confidently.
When you purchase a FormaDocs template, you gain full rights to use, edit, and personalize it for your own business.

1. Permitted Use

You’re free to:

• Edit and brand the template with your own logo, colours, and content.

• Export, print, or share your finished documents as your own business materials.

• Use them for client presentations, marketing, proposals, or day-to-day operations.

Your completed documents are entirely yours to use.
The only restriction applies to the template file itself, which remains protected to prevent reselling or redistribution.

2. Restricted Use

To protect the design integrity of our products, you may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the original or editable template files to others.

• Recreate or adapt FormaDocs templates to sell as your own digital products.

• Claim the design layout as your own creation or use it to build competing template products.

3. Custom Projects

For custom-designed documents, you retain full usage rights to your final files.
FormaDocs simply retains design authorship — allowing us to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio if applicable.
