At FormaDocs, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital templates and document design services. Because all products are delivered instantly in digital format, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Digital Products

All purchases of digital templates are final.

As files are available for immediate download after purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your preferred software (Canva, Microsoft Word, etc.).
2. Custom Projects

For custom design services, full payment is required before work begins.

Cancellations are only accepted before any design work has commenced. Once a draft has been created, refunds are not available.

If FormaDocs is unable to complete your project for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of completion.
3. File Access & Technical Issues

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@formadocs.com.au.

We’re happy to re-send download links or provide support to ensure you can access your purchase successfully.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted under limited circumstances, such as:

Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 7 days).

Technical issues preventing file delivery that cannot be resolved by FormaDocs.
