Refund Policy

At FormaDocs, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital templates and document design services. Because all products are delivered instantly in digital format, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Digital Products

  • All purchases of digital templates are final.

  • As files are available for immediate download after purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed.

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure compatibility with your preferred software (Canva, Microsoft Word, etc.).


2. Custom Projects

  • For custom design services, full payment is required before work begins.

  • Cancellations are only accepted before any design work has commenced. Once a draft has been created, refunds are not available.

  • If FormaDocs is unable to complete your project for any reason, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of completion.


3. File Access & Technical Issues

  • If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@formadocs.com.au.

  • We’re happy to re-send download links or provide support to ensure you can access your purchase successfully.


4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 7 days).

  • Technical issues preventing file delivery that cannot be resolved by FormaDocs.
