1. What’s included when I purchase a template?
Each template includes:
- An editable file (Canva or Word)
- A short usage guide with setup and editing steps
- Example content prompts for each section to help you write quickly and clearly
2. How will I receive my files?
Templates (Tier 1): You’ll get an instant download link on the checkout confirmation page, and we’ll also email the files to you. Start editing right away.
Done-For-You (Tier 2): No download at checkout. We’ll email you within 24 hours to collect details (logo, brand colors, content). Your formatted files are delivered via email/Google Drive once approved.
Custom Documents: We confirm scope and timeline first. Drafts and finals are delivered via email/Google Drive, not as instant downloads.
3. Can I edit everything?
Yes. All text, colors, fonts, and images are editable. You’ll need a free Canva account or Microsoft Word to make changes.
4. What does “example content prompts” mean?
They’re short, pre-written suggestions for what to include in each section (e.g., “Project Scope: outline services, timeline, deliverables”). Use them as a guide to complete your document faster and keep the tone professional.
5. Can I use a template for client work?
Templates are for your personal or business use. You can create finished documents for your own clients, but you can’t resell, share, or redistribute the template files themselves. For agency/multi-client licensing, contact us.
6. Do you offer custom document design?
Yes. We design capability statements, company profiles, decks, tender responses, and more. You’ll receive a scoped quote, a timeline, drafts, and revisions. Learn more on Custom Projects.
7. What’s the refund policy?
Because products are delivered instantly in digital format, all sales are final. If you receive the wrong file or have a technical issue, we’ll replace or repair it promptly. See Refund Policy for details.
8. What if I need help editing?
Your purchase includes a usage guide. If you still need assistance, email hello@formadocs.com within 7 days and we’ll walk you through setup or troubleshooting.
9. Can I request a bundle or multiple templates together?
Absolutely. Tell us what you need and we can prepare a tailored bundle and pricing.
10. What file formats do you provide?
Canva templates open in Canva; Word templates are .docx. Final exports can be saved as PDF for sharing or print.
11. Will the colors and fonts match my brand?
Yes. You can change colors and fonts in a few clicks. The usage guide shows where to update styles for a consistent look.
12. Do you provide invoices and add GST/VAT?
Yes. Your order confirmation email serves as a tax invoice. Any taxes required in your region are calculated at checkout.
13. Can I print the documents?
Yes. Export to PDF and print using standard settings. For premium results, choose “High quality” PDF and print on smooth white stock.
